Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly willing to pay up to £35m to sign Ryan Sessegnon from Fulham, potentially making him their second most expensive player ever.

Tottenham Hotspur are willing to go as high as £35m in their attempt to land Ryan Sessegnon from Fulham, according to a report.

The versatile left-sided teenager has caught the eye of numerous clubs with his displays in the Championship this season, netting 13 goals and setting up four more.

Sessegnon is comfortable playing anywhere down the left, much in the same way as former Tottenham ace Gareth Bale, and is said to have been valued at £50m by Fulham.

Spurs are unwilling to go that high for a player still aged just 17, but The Telegraph reports that the North Londoners will still push ahead with a £35m bid in the hope of tempting the Cottagers, potentially making him their second most expensive player behind Davinson Sanchez.

Only Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero has scored more than Sessegnon's eight goals in England's top four tiers in 2018.
