Tottenham Hotspur are targeting a £15m deal to sign Memphis Depay this month, according to reports.
The North London club were linked to the Dutch winger last summer after he starred at the World Cup in Brazil, helping Netherlands to a third-placed finish.
The Mirror says that Spurs want to tie up a deal for the 20-year-old before the end of the month, but it will take a good offer for his club, PSV Eindhoven, to sell.
The paper also says that Spurs will face competition for the player from Manchester United.
Depay has scored 11 goals in 15 Eredivisie appearances so far this season.
