Trabzonspor president Muharrem Usta has revealed that the Turkish club are looking to loan Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Moussa Sissoko.
Last summer, the Premier League side paid £30m to sign Sissoko from Newcastle United, but the French international made just 12 starts in all competitions.
Spurs are willing to part ways with the player during the summer transfer window, and Usta has acknowledged that they are looking to take advantage of his situation in North London.
Usta told TRT: "We need another player; maybe it'll be a player who plays more freely in the attacking zone.
"We've also met with Moussa Sissoko, a very important player. He didn't live up to expectations last season but this can happen in football. We want to loan him and get his career back on track."
The 27-year-old still has four years remaining on his contract at Spurs.
