Steven Fletcher has reportedly rejected lucrative offers from China to make a move to Celtic.
It has been claimed that the Sunderland striker, who will be out of contract in the summer, has been offered £3m a year to join either Shanghai SIPG or Guangzhou R & F.
However, according to The People, the 28-year-old would prefer a switch to the Scottish champions, whom he has supported since childhood.
The report adds that Fletcher's contract at Parkhead would not match the proposals from the Far East, and instead will be incentive-based.
Fletcher joined Sunderland from Wolverhampton Wanderers for £12m in August 2012.
