Swansea City defender Angel Rangel has revealed that he is thankful for the international break.
Swansea have played seven matches in all competitions already this season, and Rangel believes that the added football and travelling have been factors in the club's disappointing start to the Premier League campaign.
"This is a welcome break. We had a difficult August with so many games we needed to win to advance in the Europa League," he told the Daily Star.
"We managed to get through that but together with the travelling, we also had a difficult start in the Premier League.
"We knew it was going to be tough but after the win against West Brom everything's a little better."
Swansea are 16th in the league with three points.
