Managerless Swansea City reportedly had scouts in attendance to watch Brighton & Hove Albion striker Tomer Hemed in action against Derby County at the weekend.
The Israeli frontman arrived on the South Coast in the summer from Almeria and he has gone on to find the net six times in the Championship this term.
According to the Daily Star, the Swans have been impressed with the 28-year-old's performances in England's second tier, with a potential January bid in the offing.
It is believed that Brighton would only consider an offer in excess of the £2m that they paid for Hemed.
