Michail Antonio has become "a player of massive importance" to West Ham United, according to manager Slaven Bilic.
The winger joined the Hammers from Nottingham Forest last summer and initially found it hard to break into the team at Upton Park.
However, five goals since December 28 has seen Antonio feature on a more regular basis, much to the delight of his Croatian boss.
"Michail Antonio came here from the Championship dreaming about the Premier League. He had to wait for his chance. He didn't moan," Bilic told reporters.
"He got his chance and since then he has been good for us. His pace and energy is there and he is becoming a player of massive importance."
The 25-year-old has made a total of 15 Premier League appearances for the East Londoners.
