Pedro Obiang has reportedly agreed to move to West Ham United from Sampdoria for £4.4m.
The 23-year-old has been repeatedly linked with a switch to Upton Park in recent weeks, and the Daily Mail claims that he will become Slaven Bilic's first signing after the Croatian was confirmed as the club's new boss on Tuesday.
West Ham revealed that a new arrival would be confirmed on Wednesday after informing supporters on Twitter that a deal had been agreed.
