Sepp Blatter "deeply saddened" by stadium deaths

Sepp Blatter says that he is "deeply saddened by the tragic death of workers" at a World Cup venue in Brazil.

FIFA president Sepp Blatter has expressed his sadness upon learning that three people died while working on one of the venues for next year's World Cup in Brazil earlier today.

Reports have claimed that a crane collapsed onto the stadium in Sao Paulo at around lunchtime.

Some speculation has suggested that the number of deaths could rise over the coming hours.ID:120649: cacheID:120649:1false2false3false:QQ:: from db desktop :LenBod:restore:1270:
