Warrington Wolves head coach Tony Smith has praised his side's determination after they booked their place in a third Challenge Cup final in four years with a 33-6 win over Huddersfield Giants.

Brett Hodgson notched up 14 points as the seven-time winners came from behind to overpower their opponents at the Salford City Stadium.

"I thought they were just very determined," said Smith. "It didn't matter how much the opposition were going to throw at them they were going to soak that up and come through.

"Our forwards were terrific. I thought we really took them on there. The commitment to our defence was awesome."

The Wolves will now take on Leeds Rhinos at Wembley Stadium on Saturday, August 25.
