Ireland name an unchanged side to face Wales, but hooker Rory Best is still a doubt with a choulder problem.

Ronan O'Gara keeps his place at fly-half ahead of Jonathan Sexton, while lock Donncha O'Callaghan will win his 80th Test cap.

Ireland: Robert Kearney, Tommy Bowe, Brian O'Driscoll (c), Gordon D'Arcy, Keith Earls, Ronan O'Gara, Conor Murray, Jamie Heaslip, Sean O'Brien, Stephen Ferris, Paul O'Connell, Donncha O'Callaghan, Mike Ross, Rory Best or Sean Cronin, Cian Healy.

Replacements: Sean Cronin or Damien Varley, Tom Court, Donnacha Ryan, Denis Leamy, Eoin Reddan, Jonathan Sexton, Andrew Trimble.
