Ireland flanker Sean O'Brien has been ruled out of Ireland's Six Nations team to face Scotland on Saturday.
The 25-year-old has been suffering with a skin infection on his foot, which means that the Lenster back-rower has been forced to pull out of the weekend's clash.
Shane Jennings has been drafted in to replace Peter O'Mahony on the bench, who will start at openside against Scotland in O'Brien's place.
O'Mahony has made two starts from the bench for Ireland.
