Sebastien Bruno signs new Toulon deal

Toulon hooker Sebastien Bruno puts retirement plans on hold to sign a new contract with the French outfit.

Toulon hooker Sebastien Bruno has signed a new contract with the French outfit.

It had been suggested that the 38-year-old would retire from the sport at the end of the season, but he has revealed that he did not "hesitate much" before agreeing fresh terms.

"I had planned to stop at the end of this season, but the situation at the club with the hookers meant I was offered this idea. I did not hesitate much. I agreed," Bruno told La Provence.

Bruno, who was capped 26 times by France, has also played for the Sale Sharks.
