Gavin Henson could miss the World Cup in September after suffering a suspected broken arm during Wales' 19-9 victory over England in Cardiff.
The Welsh centre was forced off in the 32nd minute and coach Warren Gatland has confirmed that 29-year-old could now miss the tournament in New Zealand.
"Henson may have a broken arm," Gatland revealed to BBC Wales.
"One of the surgeons said it could have been a capsule that popped so we've got to get him X-rayed to see what the situation is there."
Wales begin their World Cup campaign against South Africa on Sunday, September 11.
