Juan Del Potro has progressed to the fourth round of the Australian Open after a comfortable 6-2 6-3 6-0 victory over Yen-Hsun Lu.
The Argentinian pro started off the match on the front foot and managed to take the lead at the Hisense Arena in Melbourne without too much pressure from Lu.
While the Taiwanese pro tried to make an impact on the tie, the world number 11 failed to waver and secured a second set, leaving just one more round to finish off the match.
Lu was unable to make his mark on the contest as Del Potro easily claimed the third round to reach the next stage of the tournament.
The 23-year-old will play Philipp Kohlschreiber in his next match.
