Novak Djokovic has admitted that he lost concentration during his defeat to Tomas Berdych in the Rome Masters quarter-finals.
The world number one was two points away from victory on Friday before his Czech opponent fought back to win 2-6 7-5 6-4.
"It was a very weird match," Djokovic is quoted as saying by Eurosport. "I lost concentration and I started to play too defensively and did not convert my opportunities and I lost this match on my own."
Djokovic will now turn his attention to the French Open, which starts in Paris on May 26.
