Victoria Azarenka recorded a 6-1 6-0 win over Ana Ivanovic this afternoon to reach the quarter-finals of Wimbledon.
World number two Azarenka took control of the match from the very first point with a string of powerful forehand strokes.
Ivanovic had little answer to Azarenka during the opening set as the latter ran out a 6-1 victor.
The second set mirrored the first, with Azarenka finding it easy to make inroads on Ivanovic's service game.
The Australian Open champion did not even let the roof closure on Centre Court knock her concentration as she recorded a 6-0 success to book her place in the final eight.
