Thursday morning's Arsenal transfer talk news roundup:
Arsenal 'could move for Danilo D'Ambrosio in January'
Inter Milan defender Danilo D'Ambrosio has reportedly emerged as a potential target for Arsenal.
The 32-year-old has been a key player for Inter during the 2020-21 campaign, contributing two goals in eight appearances in all competitions for Antonio Conte's side.
The Italy international's existing deal at San Siro is due to expire next June, though, meaning that, as it stands, he would be free to enter discussions with foreign clubs in January.
According to football.london, Arsenal could target D'Ambrosio at the start of 2021 as the London club's head coach Mikel Arteta looks to improve the quality of his defence.
The Gunners could, in theory, agree a pre-contract with the Italian in January ahead of a free transfer next summer, but Inter might be open to a sale at the start of 2021 if they cannot agree fresh terms.
D'Ambrosio has made 217 appearances for Inter since arriving from Torino in 2014.
Arsenal 'to miss out on Dominik Szoboszlai'
RB Leipzig are reportedly expected to win the race to sign Red Bull Salzburg midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai.
The 20-year-old has enjoyed a terrific start to his career, contributing 22 goals and 33 assists from 74 appearances for the Austrian outfit.
The Hungary international's form has led to widespread interest in his signature, including from Arsenal and AC Milan, who are said to be weighing up future bids.
However, Bild claims that Leipzig have already agreed terms with Salzburg ahead of a January transfer.
The two clubs, who are under the same ownership, will allegedly allow the playmaker to switch teams for a £17m fee, plus add-ons.
