North London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are ready to submit offers for Lille striker Moussa Sow, according to talkSPORT.
The 25-year-old's current contract expires in 2013 and he has so far appeared reluctant to open up negotiations with the French champions.
"I honestly cannot tell if I am going to go or stay," said the Senegal international. "As things stand I am the type of player who wants to talk on the pitch."
Both Arsenal and Spurs are believed to have made bids for the player during the summer, but Lille rebuffed those offers.
Tottenham defeated the Gunners 2-1 on Sunday afternoon.
