Luiz Gustavo to join Wolfsburg?

Arsenal and Chelsea appear to have missed out on Luiz Gustavo after the Brazilian reportedly agrees to join Wolfsburg.

Bayern Munich midfielder Luiz Gustavo is reportedly on the verge of joining Wolfsburg.

Gustavo has been a reported target for Chelsea and Arsenal this summer, although both Premier League teams appear to have missed out on the Brazilian's signature after he moved closer to joining the Bundesliga outfit, according to Die Welt.

Gustavo was said to be available for around £17m, but it now appears as though the 26-year-old will be staying in Germany next season.

Gustavo was part of the Brazil side that won the Confederations Cup earlier this summer.
