Luis Enrique wants improvement

Barcelona boss Luis Enrique looks ahead to Wednesday's Copa del Rey semi-final first leg against Villarreal.

Barcelona boss Luis Enrique believes that Wednesday's Copa del Rey semi-final first leg against Villarreal will be "an attractive game".

The two sides met in the league earlier this month - with Barca winning 3-2 - and Enrique has also claimed that the fact that their last clash "was recent" will help his team improve on their performance.

"It's easier because our last meeting was recent. We've been looking at the tape to see what we can improve, where we can attack or create even more chances. It's very helpful that we played them recently in the league," Inside Spanish Football quotes Enrique as saying.

"The mentality is the same as for a league game. The objective is to win and to stop the opposition from creating chances. Logically, we know a team like Barca shouldn't have too many problems with that but this is an attractive game."

Barcelona booked their spot in the last-four stage with victory over Atletico Madrid in the last round.
