Inter Milan allegedly have little interest in signing Barcelona defender Samuel Umtiti on a permanent basis.

Inter Milan reportedly have no intention of signing Barcelona defender Samuel Umtiti on a full-time basis.

With Lautaro Martinez being frequently linked with a switch to Camp Nou, Barcelona are prepared to offload at least one player to form a part-exchange deal.

Having fallen down the pecking order at the Catalan giants, Umtiti has been tipped to move to a new club during the next transfer window.

However, Calciomercato claims that Inter would only be interested in securing a loan deal for the France international.

The report adds that Barcelona would entertain an offer in the region of €30m (£26.9m), a fee which will not be considered by the Italian outfit.

The development will likely lead to Inter being offered an alternative player as Barcelona look to reduce their financial outlay on the Argentine forward.
