Half-Time Report: Bayern Munich cruising at the break

Bayern Munich are 2-0 up and comfortable at half time against Eintracht Braunschweig.

Bayern Munich are well on their way to another Bundesliga victory as two goals from Arjen Robben have put them 2-0 up against Eintracht Braunschweig at half time.

The champions got off to the best possible start and were ahead inside two minutes. Arjen Robben's initial shot from Mario Gotze's cutback hit the post but he followed in to tap into the net.

The goal allowed Bayern to play their patient probing game, although they were struggling to create chances as both Mario Gotze and Toni Kroos had half-chances blocked.

That was until the half-hour mark when Robben slammed the ball high into the net from just inside the box.

It stayed that way until the break, with Braunschweig needing a lot of work in order to get back in the game.
