Team News: Fred dropped, Jo leads Brazil attack against Netherlands

Luiz Felipe makes six changes to Brazil's starting lineup for tonight's third-place World Cup playoff against Netherlands.

Jo has been selected to lead the Brazil attack in this evening's World Cup third-place playoff against Netherlands in Brasilia.

The former Manchester City man replaces Fred in one of six changes made by Luiz Felipe Scolari from the disastrous semi-final defeat to Germany.

Behind Jo, there is the all-Chelsea playmaking trio of Ramires, Oscar and Willian, while Maxwell makes his first appearance of the tournament at left-back.

The Dutch, meanwhile, make just one change to their starting lineup as Jordy Clasie replaces Nigel de Jong in central midfield.

Brazil: Cesar; Maicon, Silva, Luiz, Maxwell; Gustavo, Paulinho; Ramires, Oscar, Willian; Jo

Netherlands: Cillessen; Kuyt, De Vrij, Vlaar, Martins Indi, Blind; Clasie, Wijnaldum, Sneijder; Robben, Van Persie
