Brighton & Hove Albion have extended their unbeaten start to the league season after they drew with fellow promotion hopefuls Burnley
Chris Hughton's men edged ahead inside a minute at Turf Moor as Bobby Zamora reacted quickest to Tomer Hemed's effort coming back off the underside of the bar and scored from close range.
Burnley hit back instantly and were awarded a penalty when Michael Keane had his shirt pulled by Lewis Dunk as the pair competed to win a set-piece header.
Andre Gray duly stepped up and, despite David Stockdale guessing the right way, the forward's spot kick found the back of the net.
Both sides continued to press for further goals as Solly March's deflected effort failed to work Tom Heaton before Rouwen Hennings was denied by Stockdale at the other end.
With 15 minutes left, Scott Arfield almost put Burnley in front as he exchanged passes with George Boyd before unleashing a fizzing shot from distance, which bent the wrong side of Stockdale's post.
Burnley had late chances to snatch victory through Arfield and Kevin Long, but neither were converted as Brighton extended their unbeaten streak to 17 matches.
