Nolito wants to improve goal tally

Celta Vigo forward Nolito sets a target of 20 goals for the Spanish club this season.

Celta Vigo forward Nolito has revealed that he has a target of 20 goals for the Spanish club this season.

The 27-year-old hit 14 league goals for the Primera Division outfit last season and was linked with a move to the Premier League this summer.

The Brazilian has since signed a new five-year deal, however, and is now fully focused on the new campaign.

"The first thing that I'm focused on is working hard and helping the team achieve the objectives we set ourselves," Inside Spanish Football quotes Nolito as saying.

"Then and at a personal level, I'd like to get more than the 14 goals I scored last season and get closer to 20, although I know that's going to be very difficult. I'm very happy with how I've started the season though."

Nolito joined Celta from Benfica in 2013.
