Neil Lennon: 'Celtic win was laboured'

Celtic boss Neil Lennon admits that his team were laboured in attack against Ross County.

Celtic manager Neil Lennon has suggested that his team were guilty of being laboured in attack as they failed to beat Ross County at home on Saturday.

The Hoops trailed early through Melvin de Leeuw's goal, before Kris Commons equalised midway through the first half.

However, the champions squandered several chances to take the lead and Lennon didn't appear too displeased with his side's display, but did admit that Celtic lacked sharpness in attack.

He told the club's official website: "We were a little bit laboured in final third. But I understand that and I'm sure we will be revitalised going in to next week.

"Some good aspects to the game, obviously playing two academy boys in the team will give them huge confidence."

Celtic will face in-form Dundee United at Tannadice next weekend.
