Jose Mourinho allows Chelsea 20-minute League Cup final celebration

Jose Mourinho says that his Chelsea team can only celebrate their League Cup triumph for 20 minutes before preparing for their next game.

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has claimed that his team would only be allowed to celebrate their League Cup final triumph for 20 minutes.

John Terry's strike and an own goal from Kyle Walker saw the Portuguese coach beat Tottenham Hotspur to win the first trophy of his second stint in charge of the Blues.

However, Mourinho has suggested that his players will not be getting carried away with their victory, with Wednesday's Premier League clash against London rivals West Ham United on the horizon.

He told Sky Sports: "It's beautiful to be back at Wembley, but it will be 20 minutes of celebration, then back to training and we have a big game on Wednesday."

Chelsea retained a five-point lead at the top of the Premier League as Manchester City were beaten 2-1 at Liverpool on Sunday.
