Barcelona reportedly turn down the opportunity to sign Chelsea winger Willian on a free transfer during the next transfer window.

Barcelona reportedly have no intention of pushing through a deal for Chelsea winger Willian during the next transfer window.

Having failed to agree fresh terms with the Blues board, Willian is expected to leave Stamford Bridge on a free transfer later in 2020.

Barcelona have long been linked with a bid for the playmaker, who has acknowledged that he is looking for a three-year contract.

However, according to Sport, the Catalan giants have little interest in signing a player who will turn 32 years of age in August.

The report suggests that the La Liga leaders are focusing their attention on trying to bring in Lautaro Martinez and Neymar from Inter Milan and Paris Saint-Germain respectively.

Willian has contributed six goals and six assists from 35 outings in the Premier League and Champions League this season.
