Napoli striker Edinson Cavani has insisted that there is nothing official to announce at the moment but claims that he wants to play for one of "the biggest clubs in the world".
The 26-year-old, who is currently at the Confederations Cup with Uruguay, is one of the most sought-after talents in Europe this summer, with Real Madrid and Chelsea rumoured to be leading the race for his signature.
However, Cavani, who has also been linked with Manchester City, Paris Saint-Germain and Monaco, says that there is no fresh news on his future to report.
"Everyone wants to play for the biggest clubs in the world, clubs with a lot of tradition," Cavani told Globo Esporte.
"But nobody knows my future, I don't know anything. I only know that I am a Napoli player. The truth is that there is nothing concrete, nothing official."
Cavani is likely to be in action on Thursday night as Uruguay face Nigeria in Brazil.
