Chelsea have reportedly offered AC Milan the chance to complete a deal for Olivier Giroud over the January transfer window.
The Frenchman has fallen behind Tammy Abraham and Michy Batshuayi in the pecking order, managing just four Premier League appearances all season.
With Giroud's contract expiring at the end of the campaign and France playing in Euro 2020 next summer, a move away in January seems inevitable for the striker.
According to Calcio Mercato, Milan have been presented with the chance to sign Giroud for a cut-price fee next month.
However, the Serie A side's primary focus remains on securing the services of former striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic on an 18-month deal.
Reports have claimed that Inter Milan are another club to demonstrate a keen interest in signing Giroud once January comes around.
