Jonas Olsson: 'John Terry too good to leave Chelsea'

West Bromwich Albion defender Jonas Olsson says that John Terry is "too good" not to start when his team face Chelsea on Sunday.

West Bromwich Albion defender Jonas Olsson believes that John Terry is "too good" to leave Chelsea.

The Baggies welcome Chelsea to The Hawthorns this afternoon amid speculation that Terry might be frozen out of the Chelsea team following a half-time substitution in last week's defeat against Manchester City.

"In football you are only as good as your last game but he had an absolutely amazing year last year and I think he will have a few more at this level too, for sure," Olsson told Sky Sports News.

"If you play every minute of every game for one season, and then two months later you're too old, that doesn't sound right, does it? I think he is too good not to be back in the team all the time.

"The will to win, the determination to get your head on the ball, those things are timeless."

Both teams will be looking for their first win of the season when they meet this afternoon.
