Germany striker Miroslav Klose has hinted that he will retire from international football following the 2014 World Cup next summer.
The 35-year-old, who currently plays for Lazio, is just one short of former Brazil striker Ronaldo's record of 15 goals in the World Cup finals.
"I assume [my retirement] is what will happen with regards to the national team," he told Kicker.
"The title with the team has top priority [over Ronaldo's record]. If I can win the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, that would be the greatest for me. Everything else would be secondary."
Klose has scored 67 goals in 128 games for Germany.
