Fleetwood Town have signed Huddersfield Town striker Martin Paterson on loan until January 3.
The Northern Ireland international played alongside Fleetwood boss Graham Alexander in a Burnley side which gained promotion to the Premier League in 2009.
He left Turf Moor to join Huddersfield in 2013, but has played only 29 times for the Terriers and made just three substitute appearances in the Championship this season.
The 27-year-old has moved to Highbury on a short-term deal in order to play regular football in League One.
Paterson has scored 65 goals in 262 games since making his professional debut for Stoke City in 2005.
