Ipswich Town defender Tyrone Mings has signed a new three-year contract with the Championship club.
The 21-year-old, who joined from non-league Chippenham Town in 2012, will remain at Portman Road until the summer of 2017.
Tractor Boys manager Mick McCarthy told the club's official website: "We've been delighted with the progress Ty has made and his contract is reward for getting in the team and doing well.
"I want to keep our young, exciting players and Ty is one of them."
Mings made only four Championship starts for Ipswich last season, but is now first choice following the sale of Aaron Cresswell to West Ham United.
