Bolton manager Phil Parkinson will serve a two-match touchline ban after accepting a charge of misconduct from the Football Association.
Parkinson, who has also been fined £3,000, was charged in relation to his language and/or behaviour during his side's Sky Bet Championship fixture against Leeds on February 23.
As the ban is effective immediately, he will miss Saturday's home clash with Millwall and the subsequent league encounter with Sheffield Wednesday at the University of Bolton Stadium on March 12.
Parkinson was sent off after players and staff from both clubs became involved in a melee on the touchline following a foul by Josh Magennis on Ezgjan Alioski at Elland Road.
Leeds and Bolton have been fined £5,000 and £8,000 respectively for failing to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion during the incident in the 69th minute.
