Triglav Kranj goalkeeper Darjan Curanovic has admitted that he is desperate to secure a full-time contract with Leeds United.
The 27-year-old, who has previously been linked with a move to Portsmouth, has been on trial in Yorkshire since the beginning of the month.
"One of the goalies at Leeds United broke his arm so they invited me to train with them. If everything goes by the plan, there is also a chance for me to sign for Leeds," he told Sport TV.
"Every player dreams about playing in England so I really hope that this will become reality for me."
Middlesbrough have also been strongly linked with the keeper.
