Leicester City have reportedly expressed an interest in signing in-demand Nottingham Forest midfielder Joe Lolley.
Lolley scored one and set up four more in Forest's 5-5 draw with Aston Villa last weekend in front of watching scouts.
The Reds now face a fight keeping hold of the 26-year-old, who has already been touted as a target for Cardiff City, Watford and Championship rivals West Bromwich Albion.
According to the Daily Mail, Leicester could follow up their interest with a concrete offer in January, having already delved into the Championship market in the past six months to sign James Maddison from Norwich City.
Forest acknowledge that they may lose one of their prized assets, the report suggests, but they will do all they can to keep him at the City Ground until the end of the season.
