Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher has suggested that manager Brendan Rodgers must be given more time in the job.
The Reds sit 13th in the Premier League with two wins to their name following Sunday's 1-1 draw with Norwich City at Anfield.
The club made several changes to the playing and coaching staff over the summer, and Carragher has said that Rodgers needs the opportunity to work with them.
He told Sky Sports News: "They decided to give him the benefit of the doubt at the start of the summer. If you give him that much money, then after eight or nine games why make the change?
"In their last 18 games, they haven't scored more than one goal and that's the problem for a manager who is attack-minded like Brendan Rodgers."
Liverpool face Carlisle United in the League Cup on Wednesday.
