The 62-year-old was reportedly treated by paramedics aboard the £25.5m boat before being taken to Massachusetts General Hospital by ambulance.
Henry is believed to have suffered an injury to his neck and was seen leaving the scene with a brace around the affected area.
However, he is now said to have been discharged and is recovering at home.
