Adam Lallana has been named in the Liverpool starting lineup for this evening's Premier League match against Aston Villa.
The 26-year-old joined the Reds from Southampton this summer, but, after picking up an injury during pre-season, he has been unable to make his debut for the club until today.
There is also a first start for Lazar Markovic, while Mario Balotelli leads the attack with Daniel Sturridge ruled out through injury and Raheem Sterling rested.
Meanwhile, Tom Cleverley will make his debut for Aston Villa after joining the club on a season-long loan from Manchester United on transfer deadline-day.
Ron Vlaar is ruled out through injury, so Nathan Baker takes his place in the centre of the visiting defence alongside Philippe Senderos.
