The agent of Barcelona right-back Martin Montoya will reportedly soon begin talks with Liverpool and Inter Milan over a move for his client.
The 22-year-old is highly regarded at Camp Nou, but he has failed to agree terms on a new contract, with his current deal expiring at the end of the season.
As a result, the Spaniard is free to discuss terms with interested parties in January and, according to Mundo Deportivo, his agent Josep Maria Orobitg will hold talks with Liverpool and Inter this week.
It is believed that Barcelona are still keen to tie the defender to a long-term deal, but Montoya wants first-team football ahead of the World Cup next summer.
