West Bromwich Albion, Crystal Palace, West Ham interested in Jose Enrique?

West Bromwich Albion, Crystal Palace and West Ham United are all reportedly interested in signing former Liverpool full-back Jose Enrique on a free transfer.

West Bromwich Albion, Crystal Palace and West Ham United are all reportedly interested in signing free-agent full-back Jose Enrique.

The 30-year-old brought an end to his five-year stay at Liverpool this summer having fallen down the pecking order at Anfield, making just eight Premier League starts in his final three years on Merseyside.

However, he could be back in the English top flight next season, with IBTimes reporting that three Premier League clubs are looking at signing the Spaniard.

West Brom boss Tony Pulis attempted to sign Enrique last summer to no avail, while Palace manager Alan Pardew is understood to be keen on a reunion with Enrique having managed him at Newcastle United.

West Ham are in the market for a new left-back after Aaron Cresswell suffered a serious knee injury in pre-season, and Slaven Bilic is thought to be considering a swoop for the former Liverpool man.

However, the Premier League trio are likely to face competition from other clubs, with Spanish sides Malaga and Espanyol also keeping tabs on the situation.
