Manchester City defender Danilo has conceded that he 'misses Real Madrid', but the full-back has vowed to "turn the page" as he looks to settle at the Etihad Stadium.
The 26-year-old spent two seasons with Real Madrid before joining City during the summer transfer window.
The Brazilian has made nine appearances in all competitions for the Citizens this season, but has struggled to hold down a regular spot in the Premier League, with Fabian Delph currently ahead of him at full-back.
"The truth is that I miss Real Madrid. I spent two incredible years there, winning important trophies and people there always treated me with respect. But you have to turn the page," Danilo told Cadena SER.
Danilo played 103 minutes of City's EFL Cup clash with Wolverhampton Wanderers on Tuesday night, which Pep Guardiola's side won on penalties after a 0-0 draw at the Etihad Stadium.
