Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart insists that he has valued the criticism he has received this season.

Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart has insisted that he is willing to listen to any of the people who have criticised his performances this season.

The 25-year-old was criticised for some of the goals that the Premier League champions conceded at the start of the season, but Hart has revealed that he welcomes all comments about his form.

Hart told the Daily Mail: "I am in a position where so many people say so many nice things and that's great. But sometimes it's inevitable that you will find someone who doesn't agree and will criticise you.

"I think it actually pays to listen to those who may be saying things that hurt you at the time. At the end of the day, you may learn something."

Manchester City are currently in second place in the Premier League table, six points adrift of leaders Manchester United.
