Joe Hart is pleased to see Manchester City extend their unbeaten run at home in the Premier League to 37 games with a 1-1 draw with Everton.

Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart has said that he is pleased that his side maintained their unbeaten run at home against Everton on Saturday.

A 1-1 draw with the Toffees at the Etihad Stadium saw Roberto Mancini's team extend their unbeaten home run in the Premier League to 37 games.

"It's a great record - one we need to keep going, but with more wins than draws," the Daily Mail quotes him as saying.

"It was a tough game. It is always going to be tough against Everton. We'd like to win but we haven't lost.

"They are a good team, they work for each other. They have got some good players and a good manager, and all that added together makes them a tough team to play against."

City are currently three points behind Manchester United in second place in the Premier League table.
