Swansea City chairman Huw Jenkins has denied that the Welsh club have received a bid for highly-rated forward Wilfried Bony.
The 26-year-old joined the Swans from Vitesse in 2013 and has scored an impressive 33 goals in 69 games for the club.
Manchester City have been strongly linked with a move for the Ivorian, but Jenkins has insisted that there has been no contact from the Etihad.
"As things stand we have not had any contact from anyone with respect to Wilfried," Jenkins said in a statement.
"It's just speculation linked to a player who is the top scorer in 2014 in the Premier League – which is perfectly natural.
"As of yet we haven't got anything to consider. Players move around – that's a fact of life. The one thing I've learned over time is never say never in football. But officially at the moment we haven't had any contact from Manchester City or anyone else about Wilfried."
Bony has netted eight goals in 21 games for Swansea this season.
