Rio Ferdinand insists that Manchester United must focus on one game at a time, starting at Everton.

Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand has insisted that his side are focusing on one game at a time.

The Red Devils would put themselves in a position to secure the Premier League title next weekend with a win over Everton at Old Trafford this afternoon. However, Ferdinand claims that he's looking no further than the Toffees at this stage.

"We have to win against Everton," he told United Review.

"All we're thinking about at the moment is that game, not what we can or can't do next weekend or the weekend after that.

"[Everton] are the sort of side who give their all for the manager. We need to make sure we do the job."

Sir Alex Ferguson's side are five points clear at the top of the Premier League.
