Ajax boss Erik ten Hag would reportedly be '100% interested' in speaking to Manchester United about their managerial position at the end of the 2021-22 campaign.
Michael Carrick has been placed in charge of first-team affairs at Old Trafford following Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's departure, and the club are planning to appoint an interim boss until the end of the season.
A recent report claimed that Paris Saint-Germain manager Mauricio Pochettino is the club's number one choice to take on the role next summer.
However, Ten Hag has also been strongly linked with the position, and according to Sky Sports News, the Dutchman would be '100% interested' in the job.
The 51-year-old has won two Eredivisie titles and two KNVB Cups during his time at Ajax, taking charge of 185 matches for the club since arriving in December 2017.
This season, De Godenzonen are top of the Eredivisie table, while they have booked their spot in the knockout round of the Champions League, meaning that the Dutchman is reluctant to leave at this stage.
