Barcelona manager Ernesto Valverde has refused to discuss whether the club are interested in signing Paul Pogba from Manchester United this summer.
Pogba has been heavily linked with a move away from Old Trafford in the closing weeks of the European transfer window and is thought to be keen on a move to Camp Nou, although United are reluctant to sell.
Speculation over the World Cup winner's future increased when reports emerged of another fallout with manager Jose Mourinho, but Valverde offered little indication as to whether or not a move could materialise.
"We do not get into discussions about players of other teams," he told reporters when questioned about Pogba.
"We want them to respect our players and we respect those of others."
